Friday, 21:14. Forty orders an hour, and one phone.
WhatsApp ordering for restaurants, to the kitchen screen
- You writeas the customer, on WhatsApp
- We read itthe Monolith engine, in the open
- The kitchen gets iton the screen at the nearest branch
Can it run on my current WhatsApp number?
It runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, which needs a verified business and a registered number. Whether your number can move over depends on Meta’s current rules, so we check it first. Meta charges its own messaging fees, separate from the project.
What if a customer writes something unclear?
It reads the message against your own menu. When something is unclear it asks the customer one short question instead of guessing, and anything it still can’t place goes to a person on your team with the chat attached.
Will it connect to my POS and kitchen screen?
The demo shows its own kitchen screen. In a real project, orders go into the POS or kitchen display you already use, where that system offers an integration; if not, we build a simple screen for you.
How does it choose the branch?
The demo picks the nearest branch by distance. A real system uses your delivery zones, each branch’s hours and rules you set, such as skipping a branch that is full.
Does it replace the cashier?
No. It takes over the typing and reading back, so staff confirm orders and handle exceptions instead of copying messages by hand. How your team uses it is your decision.
Want your orders to run like this?
We build it from zero for your business, in Arabic and English.
