Saturday, 02:14. The clinic is asleep. The questions are not.
After-hours patient replies and booking for clinics
- You askas a patient, at 2 a.m.
- We look it upthe Monolith engine, in the open
- The clinic's recordsits policy page and calendar, nothing else
Where do its answers come from?
Only from the clinic’s own documents: prices, hours, insurance, preparation notes and policies. If the answer isn’t there it says so and offers a callback in working hours. We test it on your real questions before it goes live.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It doesn’t diagnose or recommend treatment. Messages about severe pain, bleeding or swelling get the urgent instructions and the emergency number, and are flagged for the team.
How does booking work?
It offers only free slots and follows your rules: treatment length, doctor and buffer times. In a real project it connects to your clinic system where that system allows it, or to a shared calendar, and reception can move or cancel any booking.
Can the patient reach a person?
Yes. Asking for a person hands the chat to reception with a summary of what was asked, and every reply shows whether it came from the system or from staff.
