Who we are
Monolith Coding (monolithcoding.com), operated by [Company legal name], commercial registration [CR number], [Registered address, Jeddah], Saudi Arabia. We decide how your data is used (the controller). Questions about your data: hello@monolithcoding.com.
What we collect, why, and for how long
- To reply to your request: what you wrote, your type of business, and the email or WhatsApp number you gave. Basis: your consent. Kept 24 months, then deleted, unless we start working together.
- To prove your consent: the consent record described below. Basis: our duty to show we asked. Kept as long as the data it covers, plus [period set by counsel].
- Marketing, only if you tick it: your email and/or WhatsApp number, to send news and offers. Basis: your consent. Kept until you withdraw.
- Visit counts: page, button, referrer, language, device type and country, with no cookies and nothing stored in your browser. Kept 13 months.
- Team access log: which team member opened or exported requests, and when. Basis: protecting your data. Kept 24 months.
The consent record
When you send a request we record: a record number, the date and time, the language, which documents you agreed to with their version and a fingerprint of their exact text, your marketing choices, and a one-way code made from your connection (not your address). Withdrawals are added as new lines; nothing is overwritten. You can download your copy when you send.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site. Its servers are outside Saudi Arabia.
- Neon (Databricks, Inc.) stores requests and consent records, in [region].
- Resend sends our team a notice that a request arrived, with no details of the request (only if enabled).
We transfer data outside the Kingdom only as the Personal Data Protection Law and its transfer regulations allow, under written contracts that protect it. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to be told how we use your data, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it destroyed. You can withdraw any consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: use the link on your receipt or email hello@monolithcoding.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to our team behind a password, and every access is logged. If a breach could harm you, we notify SDAIA within 72 hours and tell you without delay.
Changes
Each change gets a new version and date here. If we want to use your data for a new purpose, we ask you again first.
